Student reports stranger incident near Lyons Township High School

LA GRANGE — La Grange police have increased patrols around the Lyons Township High School North Campus following a report Sept. 19 of a student who was harassed on her way home from school.
A female student told police she was walking near the football field on Cossitt as a man driving a silver SUV circled the block several times. The man, described as Hispanic, in his late 20s, with a shaved head, was wearing a purple shirt and tie.
The girl said the man called to her as he passed. She proceeded to her home, where she called police.
