BURR RIDGE

Elm School families celebrated One Book, One School this year by reading the children’s classic Charlotte’s Web.

Every family was given a copy of the book by E.B. White and asked to read the story together. Back at school, students took part in discussions, games and trivia contests about the story of Charlotte and her friends on the farm.

One Book, One School is an annual event at Elm School. It drew to a close with a performance by the fourth- and fifth-grade Drama Club. Elm School’s thespians performed the story for the entire student body and their parents.~.
