When a Chicago man was stoped near 79th Street and County Line Road in Burr Ridge for disobeying a traffic control device at about 5 p.m. Jan. 31, he allegedly gave the officer a phony name.

When the officer identified him as Marco A. Sierra, 29, of 2312 S. Drake Ave., the police learned there was an in-state warrant for Sierra and he was wanted by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

The Burr Ridge police charged Sierra with obstructing identification and driving on a suspended license. He was processed and taken to DuPage County Jail.
