Emir, a 7 pound, 1-year old male domestic short hair cat, has a loving and gentle disposition, and is most content curled up on a warm lap. He is a happy boy, suited to a home with children of any age.

Emir is a “no-fee” feline, meaning his adoption fee has been waived.

If you can give Emir the loving home he deserves, visit him and the other cats and dogs available for adoption at Hinsdale Humane Society, 22 N. Elm St., Hinsdale. Hours are 2-8 p.m. Tuesdays, noon to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends. Call 630-323-5630 for more information.
