In July, DuPage County Sheriff John E. Zaruba‘s office announced a new initiative to track down local fugitives called “Manhunt Monday” in which it would select one person every week to feature in hopes that someone with information about the criminal’s whereabouts comes forward.

In a statement on their website, the sheriff’s office said: “On ‘Manhunt Monday’ the Sheriff’s Office will highlight one criminal who is being sought after for having outstanding warrants … Please remember these suspects are wanted for criminal charges and need to be apprehended by law enforcement.”

This week’s Manhunt Monday pick is Steven Phillips, 38, of Hillside, who is wanted on drug conspiracy charges.

The 38 year old male is wanted on a class X felony for Racketeer Influenced, Corrupt Organizations Act/Unlawful Criminal Drug Conspiracy, 2 counts of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Aggravated Driving While License Revoked.

Steven Phillips (dob/9/11/1975) is 5’7” tall, 180 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in the 10 block of Elm St, Hillside, IL.
