All Ryan Antony could do was pound the scorer’s table in frustration.

Nursing a knee injury suffered two nights earlier, and finding himself immersed in a late duel with Hinsdale Central’s Matt Rafferty, Antony’s three-pointer gave his Naperville Central teammates new life with 15 seconds left.

But Chase Hamilton answered right back Friday. His rebound and putback of Thomas Ives’ errant three-point attempt as time expired gave the fourth-seeded Red Devils a 53-51 victory, claiming the Class 4A Naperville Central Regional and earning a Tuesday date with top-seeded Benet at East Aurora.
