Drug parapheranlia citation at Hinsdale South

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the area police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BURR RIDGE

TRAFFIC

Megan L. Lawson, 30, of 115200 state Route 83, Willowbrook, was charged at 9:45 a.m. March 18 with not having a valid driver’s license and using a cellphone while driving at Route 83 and Central.

Freddy Analuisa, 40, of 5128 W. 21st St., No. 1N, Cicero, was charged at 6:15 a.m. March 21 near Madison and 83rd streets with speeding, driving without a license and having a phony state ID card.

DRUGS

A juvenile was cited under a local ordinance for possession of drug paraphernalia at Hinsdale South High School, 7401 Clarendon Hills Road, on March 19.

TRAFFIC

Rudolph Fratto, 24, of 1520 Winterberry, Darien, was charged on the 8600 block of Cass Avenue on March 21 with speeding, driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, and using a handheld cellphone while driving. His court date is May 1 in Downers Grove.

WILLOWBROOK

BATTERY

James J. Bernacik, 27, of the 7900 block of Westwood Drive, Elmwood Park, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. March 17 and charged with battery and resisting a police officer after an incident at the intersection of 79th Street and Frontage Road.
