THE SKINNY
Both Oak Park-River Forest and Fenwick clearly wanted a win in this neighborhood rivalry game and it led to a very physical match. But missing three starters, the Friars just weren’t able to hang in there and the Huskies walked away with a 4-0 victory on their home turf.

TURNING POINT
Oak Park-River Forest’s quick start – they scored twice in the first 15 minutes – was too much for Fenwick to overcome. The Friars spent too much time on the defensive side and couldn’t get enough quality chances on offense.

THE STAR
No one player stood out for the Huskies. It was a total team effort with Tess Trinka, Tessa Saraceno, Julia Weiss and Meredith Blatner all scoring one goal apiece for OPRF.
