HINSDALE — Lyons junior Chris Rediehs faced a bit of adversity heading into the Hinsdale Central Canino Invitational on Friday night.

“I wasn’t sure what I was going to do because my last home meet I hurt my heel,” Rediehs said. “It’s been hurting me all day but I just came in thinking, ‘I have to help the team out.’”

Rediehs did just that, winning all-around with a score of 52.9. He also took first place in parallel bars (8.9), pommel horse (9.0) and floor exercise (9.4).

The Lions cruised to the team title with a score of 153.8. Downers North was second (139.18) followed by Glenbard West (137.95) and Hinsdale Central (135.75).
