Blotter: Chicago man faces DUI charge in Burr Ridge

Burr Ridge

ALCOHOL

Michael M. McKenna, 48, of 10801 S. Pulaski Road, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at about 1:25 a.m. May 17 after his vehicle was stopped for improper lane use at German Church and Wolf roads.

Willowbrook

BATTERY

Artur Skuratowicz, 38, of the 200 block of Connelly Court, Vernon Hills, was charged with driving while his license was suspended and battery at 9:33 a.m. May 10. Skuratowicz approached another vehicle while he was stopped in traffic at Route 83 and Interstate 55 and allegedly struck the other driver in the face. The police stopped him as he was driving away.

DRUGS

Derek A. Harris, 19, of the 1000 block of Trafalgar Lane, Aurora, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, speeding and not having his driver’s license with him at 9:51 p.m. May 16 at the intersection of 75th Street and Tennessee Drive.

TRAFFIC

Antonio Nunez-Bolanos, 45, of the 7000 block of Eleanor Place, Willowbrook, was charged with using an electronic communications device while driving and not having a valid license on the 6100 block of Clarendon Hills Road at 4:15 p.m. May 12.

Mohammad Noah, 25, of the 500 block of Creekwood Court, Westmont, was charged with using an electronic communications device while driving and driving while his license is suspended on the 200 block of 63rd Street at 4:15 p.m. May 15.

THEFT

Jaren L. Hampton, 26, of the 7000 block of Country Creek Way, Downers Grove, was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing clothing and cosmetics, which cost about $216, from the Target store, 7601 Route 83, at 12:20 p.m. May 8.

Lawrence W. Lundeen, 31, of the 700 block of Fourth St., LaSalle, was charged with retail theft for stealing a 40-inch flat screen television, which cost $397, from the Target store, at 7601 Route 83, at 4:58 p.m. May 6.
