Unlike other workplace-related awards, which require companies to self-nominate, the Caregiver Choice Awards rely solely on the input of caregivers across the nation, who anonymously provide feedback through a survey. The survey is distributed to thousands of professional caregivers working in homecare via myCNAjobs’ caregiver marketplace.
