The Hinsdale Humane Society will host its 25th annual Pet Walk walk-a-thon and fundraiser on Sunday, June 1 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at Katherine Legge Memorial Park, 5901 S. County Line Road in Hinsdale. The event is the shelter’s largest fundraiser and includes frisbee dogs, K-9 police dog demonstrations, agility demonstrations, pet contests and psychic pet readings. Interfaith House gala
Interfaith House will host its 20th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, June 5th from 6-10 p.m. at The Montgomery Club, 500 W. Superior, Chicago. The 2014 annual Walk for CareNet will be held Saturday, June 14 from 9-11 a.m. at four separate DuPage County locations: Hinsdale, Wheaton, Naperville and Wood Dale.
