Blotter: Indiana man faces battery charges in Burr Ridge after hotel fight

Burr Ridge

BATTERY

Christopher M. Drazba, 27, of 330 Tulip Lane, Lowell, Indiana, was charged with battery after he was involved in a physical altercation at the Chicago Marriott Southwest at Burr Ridge, at 1200 Burr Ridge Parkway, at about 11:10 p.m. June 7.

DRUGS

Derrick F. Seymour, 34, of 12718 S. Laflin, Calumet Park, was charged with possession of marijuana at about 3 a.m. June 1. Seymour was a passenger in a Chrysler 300 that was stopped near state Route 83 and 73rd Court for driving without headlights.

Two boys were charged with possession of marijuana after an officer questioned them as they were sitting in a vehicle parked at 77th and Forest Hill sat about 11:20 p.m. June 8. A boy, who fled the vehicle, was arrested at 4:32 a.m. June 9 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. He was taken to the police station and released to his mother’s custody.

TRAFFIC

Eric M. White, 28, of the 1700 block of South Prairie Ave., Chicago, was charged at 12:34 p.m. June 4, for driving with a suspended license and illegal use of an electronic communications device while driving on the 800 block of Midway Drive.
