Competitive ultimate frisbee is coming back to Western Springs. Read the release:

The Western Springs Ultimate Club (WSUC) is returning for their 2nd competitive season in the Grandmasters division (40 and older) of the USA Ultimate Frisbee competition. Last year’s team  finished 13th in the nation in their inaugural season. With most 2013 players returning and the addition of a few new players, the team hopes to improve on last year’s finish. WSUC will compete in the Regional qualifying tournament in Lebanon, Ohio on June 28. If they finish in the top 2 at Regionals, they will advance to the National Championship tournament in Sarasota, Florida July 18-20 with the top 16 teams in the nation.
