Police blotter: Driver charged after hitting bicyclist near Walker Park parking lot

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the area police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Burr Ridge

FAILURE TO REPORT

Adam S. Price, 39, of 4530 N. Dresden Road, Morris, was charged with failure to report damaging an unattended vehicle parked at Lifetime Fitness, at 601 Burr Ridge Parkway. Price was charged at the Burr Ridge police station on Aug. 9.

INTERFERING

Sebastian P. Quercia, 34, of 7920 S. Wolf Road, Burr Ridge, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. Aug. 12 at the police station and charged with interfering with visitation rights.

MOVING VIOLATION

Steven P. Marchese, 43, of 3710 Harrison Ave., Brookfield, was charged with failing to yield when turning left after his Chevrolet allegedly hit a 38-year-old bicyclist as he was turning into the parking lot for Walker Park at about 5:49 p.m. Aug. 14. The bicyclist was transported to La Grange Memorial Hospital for treatment.
