The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the area police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
Brian R. Daley, 18, of 121 67th St., Darien, was arrested at about 9:30 p.m. Aug. 8 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon for possessing a throwing star. An officer stopped Daley in a white Dodge Grand Caravan on Burr Ridge Parkway near Bridewell Drive because of improper lane use.
Paul Stovall, 47, of 7256 S. Blackstone, Chicago, was charged with retail theft from Wal-Mart, at 2189 75th St., and possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 12.
Sienna Rush, 26, of 2406 S. Austin, Cicero, was charged with retail theft from Wal-Mart, at 2189 75th St., on Aug. 16.
Earl Boston, 45, of 4941 W. Erie St., Chicago, was charged with retail theft from Wal-Mart, at 2189 75th St., on Aug. 18.
Delisha Dixon, 40, of 6703 Park, Westmont, was charged with retail theft from Wal-Mart, at 2189 75th St. on Aug. 18.
Gloria Garcia, 57, of 4730 Main St., Lisle, was charged with retail theft from Wal-Mart, at 2189 75th St. on Aug. 19.
Korey L. Little, 44, of the 16W400 block of Honeysuckle Rose, Willowbrook, was arrested at 5:40 a.m Aug. 18 and charged with driving under the influence, failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane use and not having proof of insurance, after a single-vehicle accident at state Route 83 and Midway Drive.
Robert J. Klafeta, 66, of the 7300 block of Tennessee Drive, Willowbrook, was charged with criminal damage to property at 1:21 p.m. Aug. 20. Klafeta allegedly poured water on the floors of his apartment, damaging them.
Jaime Cuellar-Murillo, 20, of the 200 block of Ashbury Ave., Bolingbrook, was charged with criminal damage to property for an incident that happened Aug. 11 on the 7300 block of Quincy Street. Cuellar turned himself in at the Willowbrook police station on Aug. 18.
David J. Eldridge, 38, of the 7000 block of 80th Place, Bridgeview, was charged with retail theft from the Target store, at 7601 state Route 83, at 4:50 p.m. Aug. 13.Tags: Burr Ridge police blotter
