Author Wendy McClure’s writing is expansive — not only because her books cover vast geographic areas and topics, but also because she writes for both children and adults with depth and understanding. Best known for her memoir “The Wilder Life: My Adventures in the Lost World of Little House on the Prairie” and her “Wanderville” series, McClure also writes a pop culture column for Bust magazine and edits The Boxcar Children books for Albert Whitman and Co.
