Stranger offers fifth-grader candy in Darien
A student at Eisenhower Junior High School in Darien reported a man in a van offered him candy as he was running with his cross country team Monday. The fifth-grader said he was approached by a man in a white van while he was running on 71st Street near Walden Lane at about 5 p.m. Oct. 6.
