Michael E. Borgias Jr, 29, of 3514 W. Madison, Brookfield, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and improper lane use after a traffic stop at 1:07 a.m. Oct. 27 at Central and Route 83.
Larry Hayes, 54, of 646 S. Lilac Lane, No. 10-116, Willowbrook, was charged with DUI, driving with a suspended registration and driving without insurance after a traffic stop on state Route 83 near Honeysuckle Rose Lane at 12:26 a.m. Oct. 26.
Property on Laurie Lane was damaged Oct. 27 after a driver crashed while texting, according to Burr Ridge police. Elizabeth Renwick, 24, of 119 Clay St., Hinsdale, was ticketed for texting while driving after her Honda crashed into a fence and decorative sign in the 1100 block of Laurie Lane at 9:34 p.m. The car’s airbags deployed, but no one was injured.
