DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Zdzislaw Ladzinski, 56, of 5039 W. Carmen Ave., Chicago, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:40 p.m. Dec. 20 on the 16W300 block of 83rd Street after yelling at an employee and blocking her vehicle from leaving a parking lot.
