The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the area police departments.
A fence belonging to the Falling Water Homeowners Association was damaged sometime before Oct. 21. Three bars on the fence that separates the subdivision from Citizens Park were removed.
A Burr Ridge Public Works employee discovered two syringes and a cut-open pop can that possibly had been used to inject drugs while repairing a water main leak in the 100 block of Carriage Way at about 7:50 p.m. Oct. 25. The items, found near a traffic control box, were turned over to police to be destroyed.
A resident of the 7600 block of Woodland contacted police Oct. 25 to report that more than $2,600 had been withdrawn from his health savings account without his permission since September 2012.
