In July, DuPage County Sheriff John E. Zaruba's office announced a new initiative to track down local fugitives called "Manhunt Monday" in which it would select one person every week to feature in hopes that someone with information about the criminal's whereabouts comes forward.
In a statement on their website, the sheriff's office said: "On 'Manhunt Monday' the Sheriff’s Office will highlight one criminal who is being sought after for having outstanding warrants ... Please remember these suspects are wanted for criminal charges and need to be apprehended by law enforcement.”
This week's Manhunt Monday pick is Carlicia J. Palmer, 22, of Chicago, who is wanted on felony Identity Theft.

This week, the Sheriff’s Office is looking for Carlicia J. Palmer.
The 22 year old female is wanted on a class 3 felony for Identity Theft.
Carlicia J. Palmer (dob/01/08/92) is 5’0” tall, 150 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Her last known address was in the 4900 block of Champlain, Chicago.
