In July, DuPage County Sheriff John E. Zaruba's office announced a new initiative to track down local fugitives called "Manhunt Monday" in which it would select one person every week to feature in hopes that someone with information about the criminal's whereabouts comes forward.
In a statement on their website, the sheriff's office said: "On 'Manhunt Monday' the Sheriff’s Office will highlight one criminal who is being sought after for having outstanding warrants ... Please remember these suspects are wanted for criminal charges and need to be apprehended by law enforcement.”
This week's Manhunt Monday pick is Len Dawkins Jr. of Glendale Heights who is wanted who is wanted in relation to selling heroin to undercover officers.
"The 26 year old male is wanted for Failure to Report to a Penal Institution and Violation of his bail bond on the 2011 case of selling Heroin to undercover officers.
Len Dawkins Jr (dob/03/23/87) is 5’11” tall, 250 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in the 400 block of Darlene, Glendale Heights, IL.
