A magical adventure awaits little girls, ages 4-10, and their fathers at Daddy Daughter Date Night, 6 to 7:45 p.m. Friday, March 15 at Clarendon Hills Park District Community Center, 315 Chicago Ave. The girls will don wings when Paddy Lynn presents “A Fairy Adventure.”

“It is a creative drama based loosely on ‘The Rainbow Fairies’ book series adventures,” Lynn said. “The dads will play Jack Frost and the girls will play the fairies. We’ll do group activities, lots of creative drama scenes. The girls will be bonding as fairies by their fairy grandmother. “

Lynn has been leading programs at this annual event for about eight years. She called the dads, “good sports. They go willingly through all of this chaos and have fun.”

After the program, there is an ice cream social.

The cost is $30 per couple for residents, $38 for nonresidents, $5 and $7 per additional daughter. Register by Friday, March 8.
