Willowbrook-Burr Ridge Chamber discusses Facebook

Al Kohout, executive producer of Alkaye Media Group in Westmont, will lead a presentation on Facebook and the social media opportunities it presents to businesses at the next luncheon of the Willowbrook-Burr Ridge Chamber of Commerce & Industry starting at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 1 at Marriott Southwest-Burr Ridge, 1200 Burr Ridge Parkway.

Kohout will also discuss how Chamber members can connect to other Facebook users, including the Chamber and other professional organizations. A question-and-answer period will follow his presentation.

Area businesses that may be interested in joining the Chamber in 2012 are welcome to attend a complimentary luncheon and pick up a packet of membership services and information. Call the Chamber office at (630) 654-0909 to schedule a luncheon date.

Advance reservations for Chamber members should be made by noon Jan. 31. The cost of the luncheon is $20 in advance for members, $25 at the door for members and $25 for non-members.
