Bridge repairs over Tri-State in Hinsdale

HINSDALE — Lanes will be closed on Ogden Avenue over Interstate 294, beginning this week.
As part of the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority’s resurfacing of I-294, crews will be working on the Ogden bridge, repainting and inspecting the structure. The lanes are expected to remain closed at least through September, although the end date depends on the weather and progress of the construction.
The pedestrian bridge over the tollway at Minneola Street, which is two blocks south of Ogden, also will be closed for repairs for two two weeks, village officials announced.
