Burr Ridge home sold by consulting group president

BURR RIDGE — Karl V. Aavik and Angela Aavik sold a home at 98 Tomlin Circle in Burr Ridge to Jennifer McCarthy and Kevin McCarthy on July 13. The 32-year-old, six-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 3,551-square-foot house was sold for $690,000.

Karl Aavik is president of Intrepid Consulting Group. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1989 and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois.
