Hinsdale South hosts election laughs

DARIEN — No matter who you back on Nov. 6, the Hinsdale South Foundation wants your support on Nov. 2.
Hinsdale South Foundation is bringing Second City to the Hinsdale South auditorium for a pre-election night of comedy that foundation President Brian Ormiston said is sure to offer some much-needed relief from the usual election banter.
“Since it is the Friday before the election, it should make for some great laughs,” Ormiston said.
The real reason for the event, of course, is to raise money for the Hinsdale South Foundation, which each year raises money to support educational opportunities at the school.
“Second City for President” begins at 7 p.m. Nov. 2 in the Hinsdale South auditorium, 75th Street and Clarendon Hills Road.
Tickets are $35 for presidential seating, which guarantees a view from the first three rows, $25 for Senate seating on the main floor and $10 for House seating in the balcony.
