Burr Ridge crime briefs for March 19.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Burr Ridge Police Department.

ALCOHOL

A complaint about noise led police to an underage drinking party at a home in the 7800 block of Forest Hill at 10 p.m. March 16. Three teens were released to their parents without charges.

FRAUD

An unauthorized person reportedly wrote and cashed three checks from a Burr Ridge company’s account. The crime was reported March 14 and is under investigation.

IDENTITY THEFT

A Burr Ridge resident told police that someone charged more than $350 to a credit count illegally opened in their name. The crime was reported March 17.

A Burr Ridge resident told police March 15 that their credit card was illegally used to buy two computers, valued at about $1,800. 

THEFT

Three gym members told police their wallets were stolen from their lockers at Lifetime Fitness, 601 Burr Ridge Parkway, the morning of March 15. Loss of each wallet is estimated at less than $500.~.
