Families and staff at Nazareth Academy High School in LaGrange Park gave thanks Jan. 22 for generous benefactors during a special Mass at the neighboring Sisters of St. Joseph chapel.

The Call to Heart Award award was presented to Laura Kelly Smith, a member of the school’s capital campaign committee, as well as Charles and Nancy Usher.

Rosemary Caragher, director of campus ministry, gave the welcoming remarks in a Mass celebrated by the Rev. Wayne Watts.

Members of the Nazareth Academy Progressions Vocal Jazz Ensemble led the worship in song.
