HINSDALE

Nearly 40 high school students participated in service activities this summer as members of the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine Junior Service League.

Participants volunteered in activities to foster personal growth by giving service league members hands-on experience with community-based organizations such as West Suburban PADS, the Greater Chicago Food Depository, The British Home and Misericordia.

Members of the league will be recognized at the annual Stritch Dinner Nov. 17 at the Chicago Field Museum. To purchase tickets call (312) 915-7662.~.
