Pet of the week: Sweet Ramona loves to play

HINSDALE — Ramona is a 1 1/2-year-old female pit bull mix. She is a very smart girl and responds readily to basic commands. Ramona qualifies for the Hinsdale Humane Society’s spay/neuter subsidy program, so her adoption fee is only $70.
If you can give Ramona a loving home, visit her and the other cats and dogs available for adoption at the Hinsdale Humane Society, 22 N. Elm St., Hinsdale. Hours are 2-8 p.m. on Tuesdays; noon to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends. Or view adoptable animals at www.hinsdalehumanesociety.org.
