The passenger-side window of a rented 2013 Jeep parked at the Chicago Marriott Southwest at Burr Ridge, 1200 Burr Ridge Parkway , was reported broken. The incident occurred between 6 p.m. Jan. 3 and 8 a.m. Jan. 4. A briefcase on the passenger seat was unzipped but nothing was reported missing.
The driver of a vehicle apparently knocked down a street lamp at German Church Road and Arrowhead Farm Drive and drove away without reporting the crash. The Public Works Department was notified of the damage at 11:54 a.m. Jan. 2. Workers saw tire ruts in the snow from eastbound German Church Road to southbound Arrowhead Farm Drive and up to the street lamp, which was lying on the ground.
A money clip was reported stolen at Lifetime Fitness, at 601 Burr Ridge Parkway, between 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. Jan. 1. The clip contained $100, a drivers license and credit cards. The owner canceled the credit cards before any unauthorized purchases had been made.
An iPhone 5 was reported stolen from a locked locker at Lifetime Fitness, 601 Burr Ridge Parkway, between 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Dec. 27.
