Summer book fair
Hinsdale Central PTO Book Fair will be held at Barnes & Noble at the Oakbrook Mall from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. June 9 and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on June 10.
This Summer Reading Book Fair benefits the Hinsdale Central PTO Book Grant Program and Families Helping Families. All of HCHS’s English Department’s required summer 2012 reading books will be available for purchase as will Hinsdale Central’s and Hinsdale Public Libraries’ recommended great young adult reads. If you have students in District 181, we will also have the recommended summer reading books for grades 6, 7 and 8.
All book, and most other products and cafe items that you purchase during the Book Fair weekend, will benefit the philanthropic programs of the PTO.
If you would like to pre-order your child(ren)’s English Department selected reading books, please use the form that is available on the PTO’s website: http://hinsdalecentralpto.org. All pre-orders are due by June 1.
If you plan on visiting the Book Fair, use the vouchers that are available on the PTO website, at the HC table at the Book Fair, or at the Barnes & Noble check out. If you can not attend the Book Fair, but would still like to support the PTO’s initiatives, you can shop from June 9-15 online at www.bn.com/bookfair, and type in HCHS’s Book Fair ID number: 10715993.
