Boys basketball: Hinsdale South experiences raucous atmosphere at Quincy

Despite falling after a furious comeback, Hinsdale South really got to "take it all in" during their trip to Quincy, according to High School Cube News.

When Hinsdale South junior C.J. Davis entered Saturday’s game at tradition-rich Quincy, he was a bit in awe.

“The atmosphere there was great,” Davis said. “Having that many fans was something we were not used to. Playing in front of that kind of crowd I was kind of nervous at first. I was more worried about messing up than doing what I’m supposed to do, but once I got a feel, it felt kind of normal.”
