Boys basketball: Hinsdale South guard showing his versatility

The Hinsdale South senior wants to play either Division II or Division III basketball next year, according to High School Cube News.

After Hinsdale South lost 60-50 to Proviso East on Jan. 10, Hornets guard Larry Motuzis didn’t go home and sulk in his room, or go hang out with his friends.

He went to Lifetime Fitness in Burr Ridge and shot baskets until midnight.

“It was a frustrating loss because we had a lead at halftime,” Motuzis said.  “I had a lot on my mind so I went there and just got some shots up.”
