Girls basketball: Hinsdale Central senior may be out for season

A major blow to Hinsdale Central's chances this season as another starter goes does to an injury, one that is expected to finish her season, according to High School Cube News.

Bad luck continued to follow the Hinsdale Central girls basketball team.

The Devils likely lost a second starter to a torn ACL after senior forward Maddie Roglich injured her right knee Friday night in a 55-42 semifinal win over Downers North at Wheaton North’s Neibch Holiday Classic.

Hinsdale Central (9-4, 2-2) lost to top-seeded Hersey 57-40 Saturday night in the tournament final. Senior Emily Wasz started in place of Roglich.
