St. Joe's Kietta Saunders made the game-winning bucket as the Chargers got by Trinity, according to High School Cube News.

THE SKINNY

Down 14 points in the second quarter to No. 10-ranked Trinity, St. Joseph looked to be in big trouble. But the scrappy Chargers kept fighting and clawed their way to a stunning 55-53 Catholic League Red win over the Blazers (15-3, 4-1) in Westchester.

TURNING POINT

With the game tied at 53-53, St. Joe's senior Kietta Saunders slashed her way through the lane and laid in the go-ahead basket with just 15 seconds to play. Trinity's Annie McKenna tried to force overtime but her driving layup was off the mark with four seconds left and the Chargers (8-11, 2-2) ran out the clock for the shocking win.
