Girls soccer: Three Lyons seniors make their college choice

Three Lyons seniors are going to continue playing soccer in college, two on the Division I level and another on the Division III level, according to High School Cube News.

Lyons’ girls soccer program has one or two players bound for college each year and this year will not be any different.

Coach Bill Lanspeary has three seniors headed to college women’s soccer programs. Two were planning to sign Division I letters of intent on Wednesday: forward Emily Lange with Cincinnati and midfielder Erin Fitzgerald with Cornell of the Ivy League.

Goalkeeper Molly Henderson, a resident of Western Springs, will head to Division III DePauw in Greencastle, Ind., next season.
