One of the top prospects in the Midwest, FoxSports/Scout four-star cornerback Parrker Westphal of Bolingbrook, remains uncommitted. But the senior is getting closer to narrowing down his list and ultimately make a decision.
“I am getting much closer to a decision, I am probably expecting in about three weeks to commit,” Westphal said. “I am probably going to narrow down my list around next week.”
Although nothing is set in stone for Westphal, there are several things that the talented corner will cross off his list before then.
“When I make my final decision it will be choosing a school where I feel most at home and most comfortable with,” Westphal said.
Westphal isn’t the only FoxSports/Scout four-star recruit who is planning to narrow his list as the season gets underway. Crete-Monee linebacker Nyles Morgan and Plainfield South linebacker Clifton Garrett are both expected to cut their lists within the first few weeks of the season.
