Chef got a new toy in the kitchen--a juice extractor! And while his primary purpose for purchasing it was to experiment with juicing fruits and vegetables to create fresh, intensified flavors in sauces, batters, cocktails and such. The staff has received an unexpected healthy surprise--fresh juices! The recipe, from Food Thinkers, or more of a "concoction," I sent was a staff favorite so far...and so the experimenting continues!
