The Super Bowl kicks off at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2. How many of you are actually watching for the game? Are you just tuning in to catch the commercials?
Here's a list of some of our favorite commercials from past Super Bowls. Which commercials do you remember and like best? Leave a comment or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll add them to the list.
The Late Show "Super Bowl of Love" (2007) - Oprah roots for the Bears and Dave Letterman cheers on the Colts — but they both win because they're in love. Wait, what?
Budweiser Clydesdale Team Commercial (2008) - Hank the Clydesdale doesn't make the team, but his buddy the Dalmatian isn't going to let him give up on his dream. One year later, Hank is ready for his chance.
Career Builder (2009) - "If you hate going to work, your coworkers don't respect you, you wish you were somewhere else and you cry constantly..." The list goes on about why it's time for Career Builder.
Doritos "Keep Yo' Hands Off My Momma" (2010) - "Keep your hands off my momma. Keep your hands off my Doritos."
Volkswagen's "The Force" (2011) - Little Darth Vader's force starts his dad's Volkswagen Passat, convincing (and surprising him) of his powers.
M&M's "I'm Sexy and I Know It" (2012) - "My shell is brown. Only a fool would actually think I'd show up naked." Oops, the red M&M didn't get the memo.
Dodge's "Farmer" (2013) - Dodge pulled at the heartstrings of the heartland when they aired the Rams Trucks commercial that has Paul Harvey poetically explain why God made a farmer.
