Taste of Madison is a traditional Labor Day weekend event, held in Madison's Capitol Square. An estimated 175,000 people attend the free event each year from all around the Midwest. Taste of Madison showcases more than 80 local restaurants, 20 beverage stands, and 3 entertainment stages. There's something for everyone here, and the environment is great for families. Live music is played throughout the day, including country, rock, and R&B. In the evening you can watch brightly lit and decorated boats during the boat parade, and watch fireworks along the Lake Mendota shoreline.

The Marshall County Blueberry Festival will be celebrating its 47th year this Labor Day weekend, offering plenty of fun and activities for all ages. Over 300 craft vendors from across the U.S. showcase their goods, as well as local and regional businesses. There are over 100 booths to choose from for food, and plenty of blueberry treats to be had. The non-for-profit area offers the best blueberry delights, such as pies, ice cream, donuts, and cheesecake. There are plenty of activities to keep young ones entertained, such as a carnival, kiddie tractor pedal pull, and live entertainment all weekend long on 3 different stages. Annual events include the Hoosier Old Wheels Antique Car Show, the Blueberry Stomp 5K/15K run, hot air balloon launches, the Labor Day Parade, and a fantastic fireworks display!

The Milwaukee 110th Anniversary Celebration of Harley-Davidson is one big party. The four day celebration is full of Harley-Davidson bikes, a great music lineup, and tons of parties. 60 bands will perform on 5 stages throughout the festival, with the lineup including artists such as Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, Lupe Fiasco, Bret Michaels, Common, ZZ Top, Yellowcard, and more. Headliner performances at the Marcus Amphitheater will be done by Toby Keith, Aerosmith, and Kid Rock. Learn about the history and culture of riding at the Harley-Davidson Museum, visit bike shows, and eat great food at the Motor Bar & Restaurant.
