Last year, Valparaiso Events showcased their brand new Summer Jam Music & Food Festival with headliner Blue Oyster Cult to a crowd of over 1500 fans. The event returns this summer with new bands, great food and another expected large crowd. The entire family is welcome to come out and enjoy this outdoor celebration, which will take place on Saturday, June 21. Read on for a closer look at what you can expect at this summer celebration.
Rocking with Sister Hazel
The headliner of this year’s show will be Sister Hazel. Famous for their upbeat melodies and optimistic lyrics, the crowd is sure to sing along with favorites like “All for You” and “Change Your Mind.” The day will kick off with performances by the Alan Wronko Band and the Nicholas Tremulus Band that will ensure a full afternoon of jamming in the park. Enjoy a cold beer and a variety of food, all available for purchase during the event. Outside food and beverages will not be permitted.
Tickets go on sale for the Summer Jam on April 7 at noon at ValparaisoEvents.com.Reserved Seating is $27 in advance and $35 at the door. General Admission is $12 in advance and $20 at the door. Tickets are limited so be sure to plan ahead.
